Our client, a large‑scale government shared services organisation, needed to achieve more than 20% sustainable cost reduction whilemaintaining output quality and employee engagement, because of an ownership and mandate change.

We were engaged to identify and automate sustainable transactional processes and build the in‑house capability of the client team to manage the automation.

Key deliverables

Delivered an organisational structure framework, including:
