Our client, a large-scale government shared services organisation, needed to achieve more than 20% sustainable cost reduction whilemaintaining output quality and employee engagement, because of an ownership and mandate change.

We were engaged to identify and automate sustainable transactional processes and build the in-house capability of the client team to manage the automation.

Key deliverables

Delivered an organisational structure framework, including:
