Partners in Performance, a global management consulting firm, has hired Eric Powell as a Director in its North American energy transition practice.

Based in Dallas, Powell brings 25 years of experience in energy and utilities, with deep expertise leading growth strategy, business transformation, and modernization initiatives. In his new role, Powell will lead a North American team of consultants focusing on energy transition engagements within the energy sector. He joins Partners in Performance from AlixPartners, where he spent over six years as a senior director focusing on performance improvement and restructuring. Before that, he was a founding partner at Enovation Partners, an energy sector specialist consultancy (now Roland Berger).
