Meet Victoria Stableforth

I was brought on board to lead our recruitment function and transform it into a truly candidate‑centric, global operation. In my time in recruiting, I had seen enough of what didn’t work. So, this has been a great opportunity to create the strategy and introduce change that brings real value‑add for both our candidates and the firm.

The strongest advocates and ambassadors are our ‘new hires’ who have gone through the journey. They always say that the big difference for them were the individuals who they met along the process, who instilled a sense of our unique culture. After that, they could truly grasp the size of the opportunity they have to deliver change.

Victoria Stableforth is Global Head of Recruitment and Staffing. She lives in Sydney, from where she oversees the recruitment and management of consultant talent across the world.
