Meet Tim Naulls

Tim is the Chief Financial Officer at our firm and brings more than 18 years of experience across executive and financial leadership positions to the role. He has a deep understanding of every aspect of finance, from vetting commercial contracts and managing P&L to annual planning and improving operational elements for optimal performance.

Prior to joining Partners in Performance, Tim worked at McKinsey & Company as Director of Finance for various regions, including Australia and New Zealand, Greater China and the Middle East. In between these leadership roles, he also spent time working as a Strategic Development Leader at Dairy Innovation Australia.

Tim is driven by a desire to build trusted partnerships, unleash potential among teams and achieve tangible results.
