Thomas has over 10 years of consulting experience across industries, including mining, oil derivatives, logistics, and retail banking. He is a Partner for South-East Asia, based in Singapore, where he builds partnerships and delivers tangible results for our clients in the region.
Before joining Partners in Performance, Thomas worked as a Senior Manager at Monitor Group, a Cambridge-based consulting firm. His skills and experience lie in corporate strategy, top-line growth and asset configuration, with a focus on capacity and logistics planning and organisational design.
Thomas has strong expertise and significant experience in mining and manufacturing, where he supports his clients in their cost reduction initiatives, productivity improvements and growth strategies.
Thomas believes strongly in an 80/20 approach, where there is adequate analysis to make a sound decision. His next step is to roll out high-value, practical solutions that are supported by client staff who are ready to act and deliver. He maintains the most value is delivered where an approach is both top-down, with a sound investment case for the Board, and bottom-up with quick wins outlined and sound medium-term solutions centred around behavioural change.
