Sarah is a Denver‑based Partner within the Energy Transition Practice of Partners in Performance. Her role involves daily collaboration with clients to meet their ESG goals and ensure sustained results.

Sarah is passionate about the opportunity to partner with clients and others to rethink and improve systems and processes that impact people and our planet. At Partners in Performance, she collectively develops pragmatic strategies and governance models using an iterative approach that affords positive business outcomes.

Before joining the firm, Sarah spent nearly eight years with Bain & Company in its Energy & Natural Resources and Performance Improvement practices. She was also a Vice President at Willis, serving a wide variety of clients to meet their risk management and insurance needs. Her most recent role had been as Chief Revenue and Strategy Officer at Rachio, a smart home IoT start‑up addressing water conservation and quality challenges with utilities. Sarah holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.

Sarah’s large scale transformation background, coupled with risk management and tech startup strategy and operational experience, allow her to bring a unique perspective to engagements. This is always coupled with her experience leading collaborative efforts using co‑creation techniques and agile test and learn methodologies to achieve significant results in pragmatic ways.
