Meet Richard Horton

Richard has over 15 years’ experience across operational, mining and senior engineering roles, with a focus on operational improvement, productivity, mine planning and mine optimisation. He joined Partners in Performance in 2016.

He has worked in various mine operations, including in base metals, precious metals, underground, open pit and industrial minerals across Australia, South America and South‑East Asia. He helps clients optimise and improve their businesses using strategic planning, operational excellence, the implementation and leverage of mine production control and reporting systems and value chain optimisation.
