With nearly two decades of experience in talent strategy across management consulting and professional services, she has built her career around one core belief: when you place the right person in the right environment, extraordinary performance follows.

Over the years, Rebecca has partnered with global consulting leaders to build high‑performing teams capable of delivering measurable, lasting impact. Prior to joining us, she played a pivotal role in strengthening KPMG’s Advisory practice across the United States and began her career in executive search, focusing on C‑suite appointments across the African continent. This set the foundation for a career defined by commercial acumen, disciplined execution and a refined ability to identify leadership potential others may overlook.

Holding a degree in Psychology and Human Resources, Rebecca combines strategic business insight with a deep understanding of human performance and organisational dynamics.
