Ravish has more than 25 years of experience in general management and corporate strategy roles across a vast array of sectors, including oil and gas, building and construction, technology and financial services.

He has held positions at Schlumberger, McKinsey and Company, Boral and Wesfarmers Industrial and Safety. He then joined Partners in Performance in 2015, where he transitioned from a Principal to a Director four years later.

Holder of an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, he has helped clients across Australia, New Zealand, India, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Middle East on their most important strategic, operational and organisational issues.

Ravish's extensive work experience brings a rich blend of strategic thinking, commercial rigour and operational pragmatism in addressing tough business challenges. This is combined with a strong background in leading diverse teams and organisations in achieving meaningful change that is practical and sustainable.

At Partners in Performance, his focus is on enabling organisations to expedite practical solutions that result in new revenue streams and a smaller carbon footprint. He believes that an energy transition is not a technical or engineering problem that needs to be solved over time, but a serious business challenge that requires immediate action.
