Meet Patrycja Stasina

Patrycja is a passionate and outcomes‑focused leader with more than 18 years of end‑to‑end experience in strategy, design, transformation and delivery. Her experience has been gained through a combination of management consulting and senior corporate roles in Australia, New Zealand and the UK.

Before joining Partners in Performance, Patrycja worked at management consulting firm LEK and held senior roles at telco and financial services companies, most recently as Head of Customer Experience and Innovation at Spark, a major telco and digital services provider in New Zealand. She has worked across several industries, including telecommunications, insurance, banking, government, engineering and manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and healthcare.

Patrycja’s qualifications include an MSc in Chemical Engineering and a Master’s in Strategy and Technology Management (MBA equivalent), both from Lund University in Sweden, as well as an undergraduate degree in Management from Imperial College in London.

Her extensive experience stems from a combination of consulting and corporate strategy, transformation, change and customer experience roles in complex environments to bring a rich blend of strategic thinking and customer perspective. She combines her expertise with an ability to drive operational change at the grass‑root level. Overall, Patrycja has a strong background in driving change that sticks, lifting capability and building high‑performance teams and organisations.

She is energised by the opportunity to unlock commercial, customer and community value through clarity and simplification. She helps empower organisations and people to become more purpose‑led and intentional in their implementation and actions.
