Meet Mohamed Abdulahi

Mohamed has consulted for blue‑chip companies across various regions for nearly 20 years. His experience encompasses transformation, business improvement, productivity improvements, and contractor management across a range of industries, including mining, manufacturing, utility infrastructure, health, media and logistics. He is a Managing Director in the Australia and New Zealand region, where he fosters partnerships and delivers lasting impact for his clients. He is based in Auckland, New Zealand.

Before starting his career in consulting at Partners in Performance, Mohamed worked in engineering for Vector Ltd and New Zealand Steel and has done extensive academic research on inductive power transfer. He has collaborated with clients in Australia, South East Asia, the Americas and the Middle East. He is known for driving capital efficiency improvements in infrastructure and megaprojects and large‑scale supply chain transformation and business improvements.
