Michael brings more than 20 years of management consulting experience to Partners in Performance and helped build the firm from the ground up. As Head of Australia and New Zealand, he leads the firm’s first and most established region.

Michael started his career in engineering at Rio Tinto before moving into management consulting at McKinsey & Company. Through his career, he has built deep expertise in business transformations, organisation effectiveness, capital optimisation and operational improvement in heavy industry, infrastructure, natural resources and logistics.

Michael also brings extensive experience in private equity, where he has undertaken more than 150 commercial due diligence engagements. A highly valued client partner, he has earned a strong reputation in the sector for his ability to assess potential business acquisition opportunities and improve client portfolio companies.
