Mark is a Partner and Practice Leader within the Financial Services Practice of Partners in Performance, specialising in technology-enabled transformation, new ways of working and project delivery.

Before joining Partners in Performance in 2020, Mark's 20-year plus career began at Andersen Consulting, followed by AT Kearney and Commonwealth Bank – where he spent 16 years.

Mark combines his consulting and corporate leadership experience to help ensure practical, implementable and impactful changes. He also brings a rich variety of practical applications of modern technologies to transform business performance and customer experience.

Mark believes strong, positive and evolving societies depend on well-functioning economies, and that financial services organisations play a critical role in ensuring economies are transparent, trustworthy and efficient.
