Jason Madden is an experienced consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the management consulting industry for more than 15 years.

Before joining Partners in Performance in 2018, he spent three years at MW Kellogg as a Logistics Project Manager and 11 years as a Strategy Manager at Accenture.

His extensive work experience brings together technical expertise, a focus on operational performance, strategic thinking and process improvement to provide a practical and pragmatic approach to addressing business challenges.

Jason's core focus is on combining process redesign and automation with behavioural change to deliver transformational impacts for organisations.
