Summary Bio

Meet Jason Madden

Jason Madden has 20+ years’ experience delivering business improvement and transformation across complex operations, with deep expertise in redesigning end‑to‑end processes and embedding change that sticks. A certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Jason combines process redesign, digitisation, and behavioural change to help organisations release capacity, improve service and lift performance in measurable ways.

He has lived and worked in Australia, the United Kingdom and USA where he lent his knowledge and skills to redesign banking operations across front‑, middle‑ and back‑office teams to free up customer‑facing employee time, and led rapid automation programmes that digitised major processes in as little as 10 weeks – accelerating outcomes that often take six months or more to deliver.

Jason is energised by unlocking the potential in teams. By freeing up their time from repetitive limited value‑add tasks, they can focus on doing their best work on high‑value collaboration and cognitive activities.

Before joining Partners in Performance, Jason held senior roles across strategy and operations, including 11 years with Accenture Strategy and three years as a Logistics Project Manager at MW Kellogg. Jason is energised by unlocking the potential in teams – helping leaders quickly prioritise what matters most, then building practical solutions that deliver near‑term impact and sustainable performance.
