Meet Jason Madden

Jason Madden is an experienced consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the management consulting industry for more than 15 years.

Before joining Partners in Performance in 2018, he spent three years at MW Kellogg as a Logistics Project Manager and 11 years as a Strategy Manager at Accenture.

His extensive work experience brings together technical expertise, a focus on operational performance, strategic thinking and process improvement to provide a practical and pragmatic approach to addressing business challenges.

Jason's core focus is on combining process redesign and automation with behavioural change to deliver transformational impacts for organisations.

He is energised by unlocking the potential in teams. By freeing up their time from repetitive limited value‑add tasks, they can focus on doing their best work on high‑value collaboration and cognitive activities.
