Meet James Osborn

James has over 20 years of experience in industry and consulting across large capital projects, natural resources, healthcare, procurement and the public sector. He co‑leads our European business team, where he is helping organisations achieve lasting impact from their large‑scale capital build programs and operational improvement initiatives.

He has a strong record of designing successful programs and systems across various industries to help organisations optimise their businesses. These include the development of a Nuclear New Build, improvements in delivery of high‑speed rail, a transformation program for a global defence company, improvement program for acute hospitals, and leading the design and optimisation of a European supply chain network for a global medical devices firm.

James has held various leadership positions throughout his career. As a Director at Newton Europe Limited he led a team of consultants to solve some of the UK’s most complex engineering projects. He was also previously a Principal at A.T. Kearney and an engineer with Schumberger and British Nuclear Fuels.
