Innocent joined Partners in Performance as a Director in 2020, bringing with him more than 30 years of corporate and consulting experience across financial services, including retail and corporate banks in South Africa.

Innocent has led several business transformations and turnarounds both in an advisory capacity (as a consultant) and in a corporate capacity (as a CEO). With experience ranging from strategy formulation, operations improvement, technology-driven transformation and people mobilisation, he brings a unique set of capabilities to drive impact.
His achievements include developing and implementing a customer experience strategy for a leading South African bank and delivering a portfolio prioritisation strategy for an industrial development financial institution.
He is focused on helping financial services organisations to optimise the human-digital interface for the benefit of customers and employees. He believes that digital adoption should have a positive impact on customer experience, customer value, employee experience and overall efficiency.
