Inga has more than 15 years of experience in energy transformation, strategy, operational improvement and procurement across multiple industries.

She is a Partner for the Energy Transformation practice and global thought leader on Scope 3 emission reduction. For the ANZ region she leads the societal goal effort to support disadvantaged members of society by actively working to increase access to renewable energy and assist in upgrading infrastructure to improve sustainability.

Inga’s extensive work experience brings pragmatic problem‑solving, a strategic lens and an ability to quickly mobilise teams to deliver lasting impact. She has held commercial management positions and joined Partners in Performance in 2018 with 10 years of consulting experience.

Inga is passionate about collaboration across the value chain. She has honed her commercial skills through leading negotiations on both sides of the table, which gives her a unique insight into win‑win solutions. Her strength is in bringing together the emissions expertise, commercial nous, enabling processes and people to deliver commercial and environmental outcomes. She is energised by helping clients navigate past the reporting complexities to deliver financially viable execution plans that achieve aggressive emissions reduction targets quickly and efficiently.
