Fred is a Director for the Capital Practice in North America and leads the global Safety Practice. He brings more than 25 years of industry and consulting experience across the mining and energy sectors to the role.

He has deep expertise in the areas of capital, operations and maintenance, construction productivity, corporate finance and business development. During his time at Partners in Performance, he has specialised in capital optimisation, risk management, rapid performance improvement and increased asset reliability with clients throughout North America, Australia and Africa.

Prior to joining Partners in Performance, Fred spent eight years operating and maintaining large coal‑fired power generation stations and managing portfolio operations of large natural gas‑fired power generation stations for Southern Company. He also spent another seven years working in the utility sector, where he worked with local energy companies across the United States driving operational improvements.

Fred is driven to lend to his experience and insights to help clients achieve measurable results and drive operational improvements.
