Meet Dr. Michael Träm

Michael has more than 30 years of management consulting experience, focused on large scale transformation, organisation development, cultural change and post‑merger integration.

Prior to joining Partners in Performance, Michael worked at A.T. Kearney where he served as Managing Director for the EMEA region. He then became Global CEO at Arthur D. Little and later built the Global management consulting practice of Atkins.

Michael is passionate to build practical solutions that transform organisations together with his teams and clients around the world. Unleasing the potential of his clients and creating tangible results that last, are his credo.

Together with his colleagues in Europe, he enjoys developing people, creating new and innovative intellectual capital, and fostering Partners in Performance’s position as a trusted advisor.

Michael is author and co‑author of several business books and a regular speaker on international business conferences.
