Prior to joining our team, Conrad honed his expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition as a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant at nexTLeaders Recruitment Partners. His professional journey also includes roles at Mindcor, Accenture, Adcorp, and Premier Personnel Group.

He is passionate about finding the perfect balance of skills to fill out consulting teams, helping each candidate navigate the complexities of the recruitment process to ensure they are not only the right fit for the firm, but the firm is the right fit for their goals.
