Christine joined Partners in Performance as a consultant in 2014, bringing with her five years’ experience in mechanical engineering. She is currently an Associate Principal in the Africa region, where she supports clients across industries in business improvement engagements.

Before joining Partners in Performance, Christine was a Sectional Engineer overseeing the coal beneficiation plant and surface services within Anglo American Thermal Coal. Her responsibilities included cost management, project management and implementation, and the development and enforcement of codes of practice, safe working procedures and risk assessments.

Christine has deep expertise in mining, having worked with clients in Mozambique, Tanzania, and Lesotho. She is passionate about driving change and ensuring value creation across every project and within every client organisation she partners with.
