Meet Carsten Heide

Carsten has more than 20 years of management consulting and operational improvement experience, focused on operational improvement, capital project development, technology commercialisation and intellectual asset management.

Prior to joining Partners in Performance, he worked at The Boston Consulting Group and served as a Director at the Energy and Environmental Research Centre, where he had profit and loss responsibility for technology commercialisation and investment activities.

Carsten is dedicated to delivering safe and sustainable production by bringing together people, processes and technologies. He considers every client to be different and every solution unique. Together with his clients, he believes it is imperative to innovate practical solutions that transform organisations.

What makes him especially proud in his role as Director for Partners in Performance's North American region is a firm‑wide caring towards all stakeholders. In practice, that means listening to and challenging clients based on what the firm hears, learns and experiences. Carsten enjoys rolling up his sleeves together with a client and enabling their frontline to deliver results safely and sustainably.
