Ben is an experienced, results‑oriented corporate strategy executive with a strong delivery record on both strategy and operational improvement projects. He has an open and collaborative style and is focused on building consensus on practical outcomes.

Across a 20‑year career, he worked at Database Consultants Australia, the Boston Consulting Group, and Tabcorp before joining Partners in Performance in 2019, initially as an Associate Principal before transitioning to his current role as a Partner.

His diverse senior experience across many industries and in corporate, consulting, public and competitive environments means that he loves to solve complex business problems, drawing on an extensive background in strategic and operational roles and high‑level competition.
