Across a 20‑year career, Ben worked at the University of Melbourne, the Boston Consulting Group and Tabcorp before joining Partners in Performance in 2019.

His diverse senior experience across many industries and in corporate, consulting, public and competitive environments means that he brings extensive and translatable strategic and operational experience to lead and advise on practical transformation – the type that works at all levels of an organisation and drives real impact.
