Araceli brings more than 10 years of experience in process improvement, project management, and engineering. She is an Associate Principal in North America, where she partners with clients to solve complex problems, building client trust in our business across the region.

She helps businesses increase productivity and reduce costs in the construction, energy, telecommunications, FMCG, airline and logistics industries. Her global experience spans the United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom and Europe.

Prior to joining Partners in Performance, she worked at a global US engineering, procurement, and construction management corporation as a Project Engineer, as well as a startup energy consulting company focused on offshore platform decommissioning.

Araceli’s passion is helping clients achieve success by taking a pragmatic approach, backed by data and facts. She approaches challenges by partnering with her clients to get to the root of the problem and coaching them on potential solutions.
