Meet Anton de Klerk

Anton is a Partner in the Procurement and Supply Chain Practice in the Africa region where he is helping clients unleash potential. He has over 20 years of consulting experience across various industries including consumer products, retail, life sciences, technology, manufacturing, mining and heavy industry. He specialises in performance improvement, end‑to‑end value chain transformation and planning, supply chain, operating model design, logistics strategy, network design and procurement services. Having led multiple cross‑border projects with global companies, he has worked across America, Europe, Africa and Asia.

Prior to joining Partners in Performance, Anton worked as an Associate Partner for EY in the UK and in South Africa. Before this, he gained experience and built up his expertise in solving supply chain challenges in a variety of different consulting and operational roles.

Anton is curious by nature, enjoys new challenges and likes creating meaningful solutions, which is what drew him to consulting. He applies his breadth of experience to solving client problems and ensuring lasting impact is made.
